At Soar and Style, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date by contacting us at info@soarandstyle.com.
- You can also create return request via Returns page.
Steps to initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@soarandstyle.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief reason for the return.
- Prepare the Item: Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
- Return Shipping: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us, except in cases where the product was incorrect or damaged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note, we do not accept returns for:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.
Refunds will be processed under the following circumstances:
- You will receive a full refund (excluding shipping charges) if the item is in original condition.
- If the returned item shows signs of wear or damage that was not present upon delivery, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or refuse the return.
- In case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund including shipping charges.
4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or payment provider.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@soarandstyle.com.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Please contact us at info@soarandstyle.com to request a cancellation. After 12 hours, if the item has already been shipped, our standard return policy will apply.
